To reset the wireless earbuds, follow these steps:

1. First, forget the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth.

2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and ensure they are being charged.

3. Quickly tap the button on both earbuds four times.

4. After the reset, remove both earbuds from the charging case. The red and blue lights will flash quickly on one earbud, and the blue light will flash slowly on the other, indicating successful pairing.

5. Turn on Bluetooth again and search for "T16" to pair.

Note: If a pairing confirmation window pops up, select "Pair". If you accidentally select "Cancel", you'll need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair them.
