To reset the wireless earbuds, follow these steps:

1. First, forget the pairing records on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.

2. Place the Bluetooth earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are being charged.

3. Quickly tap the button on both earbuds four times.

4. After the reset, take both earbuds out of the charging case. You will see the red and blue lights flashing quickly on one earbud, and the blue light flashing slowly on the other, indicating a successful pairing.

5. Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for "T16" to pair.

Note: When a pairing confirmation window appears, select "Pair." If you accidentally select "Cancel," you'll need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair them.
