If only one earbud is playing sound, it is likely that the Bluetooth connection has not been properly established. When the earbuds are first received, it is important not to open the Bluetooth on your mobile phone immediately. Instead, the twin earbuds need to be paired with each other first. If only one earbud connects to your mobile, the LED indicator of the connected one will turn off, while the other one will continue to flash blue and red, eventually shutting off.

To pair the earbuds with your mobile phone, first, clear the Bluetooth list and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone. When both earbuds have power, take them out of the charging case. The LED indicator of one earbud will flash blue slowly, while the other will flash red and blue alternatively, indicating a successful pairing between the two earbuds. Then, open the Bluetooth on your phone and search for "T17" to connect.

To reset the earbuds, clear the Bluetooth list and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone. Quickly press the silver button on each earbud 4 times, left and right, to clear the previous pairing memory.
