Resetting the Wireless Earbuds:

1. First, forget the pairing records on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and ensure they are charging.
3. Quickly tap the button on both earbuds four times.
4. After the reset, remove the earbuds from the case. You will see the red and blue lights flashing quickly on one earbud and the blue light flashing slowly on the other, indicating a successful pairing.
5. Turn on Bluetooth and search for "T16" to pair. Note: When prompted, select "Pair" to confirm the pairing. If you accidentally select "Cancel", you'll need to delete the earbuds from your device's Bluetooth history and re-pair them.
